Full Job Description: · Acting as a brand representative and striving to meet and exceed all personal and store goals. · Greet guests in the lobby · Lead guests to the game room and give verbal instructions · Answer questions and provide clues to facilitate the guest game experience · Meet group after the game has concluded to celebrate accomplishments · Track operating statistics · Reset the game room for the next group of guests · Essential duties and job responsibilities include: Customer Service, Client Relations, and Sales · Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, products, and the competitive market. · Support all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, client service, and selling.
