Full Job Description:
· Acting as a brand representative and striving to meet and exceed all personal and store goals.
· Greet guests in the lobby
· Lead guests to the game room and give verbal instructions
· Answer questions and provide clues to facilitate the guest game experience
· Meet group after the game has concluded to celebrate accomplishments
· Track operating statistics
· Reset the game room for the next group of guests
· Essential duties and job responsibilities include: Customer Service, Client Relations, and Sales
· Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, products, and the competitive market.
· Support all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, client service, and selling.


Requirements:
· Should have at least 2 years of work experience in a high-end retail store.
· Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
· Self-starter, Dependable, Punctual, Flexible
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Computer literacy is a must
· Be a team player; Proactive attitude
· Ability to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary


Experience: Retail Sales: +2 years (Required)

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the Online marketing strategy of our company and its clients.

1) In-depth knowledge of Google required - Adwords, Analytics, Mobile Marketing, and remarketing.
2) Experience and knowledge of all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat.
3) Self-Starter motivated with a can-do attitude to help expand our customer's digital and social media presence and reach to thrive lead generation/results.
4) Ability to be creative and help develop, activate and implement strategy and drive revenues and lead generation.
5) Plan and deliver email and website campaigns.
6) Gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, and delivering enhancements to the digital platform.
7) Working across channels and audiences, ie web, mobile, social, email, display, paid/organic search, and API, B2B, and B2C.
8) Supporting the business area with digital strategy, enhancement design/management, and day-to-day activity.
9) Promoting optimization techniques and use of digital analytics data to shape strategy and enhancement design.
10) Ensuring agile, value-driven practices are followed and maximized.
11) Continuous review, capture, optimization, sharing, and re-use optimal practices and processes.
